I'm not sure If this place or /v/ is the place for fixing lag on games, but For some reason in Mirror's Edge Catalyst When I play it Almost all of the time Runs 60FPS on hyper settings, but
every minute or so the framerate drops HARD to around 20FPS for 10 or so seconds then returns to normal as if nothing happened. Considering that it does the same thing on the lower settings too,
I'm not sure what to make of it.

The 8150 is a (shit) 125W part; it's highly likely it's overheating.
But anyway, run GPU-Z and see what "perfcap reason" is. It's probably going to say "Util", meaning your GPU's not being asked to do anything, which is happening because your CPU's overheated and isn't generating work for it.

Try running a Malwarebytes scan. A few years back, I had the same thing happening after I pirated DmC - turns out it was a bitcoin miner.
