Using only a picture like this, how do I alter it to make it look like he's walking? I know how to make GIFs in photoshop, I was just wondering how I would start with this.

Perspective.

Shorten and shrink one leg to make it look farther, then transition to make the other leg the same and the short leg back to normal. Sorry for bad english
