It looks like you're trying to take the heatsink off.

Make sure you have all the stuff you'll need to put it back on:

- alcohol cleaner
- thermal compound
- thermal pads

When you take it off, none of the stuff inbetween the heatsink and the chips can be reused; it all needs to be replaced.
