Looking for video

I saw this on a TV show years ago. Don't remember the show or any specifics.
It was an unmanned bathysphere/submersible test that looked similar to the one in the photo. The video shows them bringing the sub onto the deck and it had apparently failed at depth because water was spraying from the hatch. They couldn't remove the hatch due to internal pressure. They eventually used a sledge hammer to shear the bolts and the hatch blew across the deck along with a 10" wide pressurized stream of water which diminished after about 10 seconds. Any help (video, name of show I may have seen it on, name of project) would be appreciated. Thanks!
