My tv keeps showing this for some reason. I can't play any

My tv keeps showing this for some reason. I can't play any channels and everytime I unplug everything and then replug it it stills doesn't work. Plus the our local cable provider is close. How can I fix this?

A pole in your area has been knocked down. Wait for them to fix it. Could take a long time.

Had this problem with the same error code not long ago. pole was knocked down.

If not a pole, it could also be a general service outage.
