As for what she was wearing on top, it was actually a short sleeved shirt, in that bordeaux colour. It had a long red necktie

Her skirt was most likely black, and the stockings were long, of pink and white stripes.

If OP really likes the design though I'd tell him to fish through MFC tags with the same shit, another figure in a school uniform, blonde hair and stockings can't be too hard to find.
