I have some experience with logo designs (as an evaluator, not designing anything myself).

Your logo is already recognizable as a small icon, so it will visually pop out of the crowd.

Don't make it too busy in details because it gets mushy as a small icon. Keep it clean with two or three bright colors. Maybe you could round the sharp corners a bit (it's a "flag", right?).

Im not sure how to reply to you on this platform:D I hope i write this to the right place...And yeah its a flag, but mostly I want to focus to the flags appearance, so we can use it as an actual logo.
