Looking for a song

...and it makes me crazy. Halp anons.

I saw a clip of it in an electronics store and I can't find it. I saw only one minute or so of it.

Pic related regarding hairstyle. It's close, but was combed from right to left and was not quite that ruffled (but not oiled flat with the skull either).
