it's not the traditional "i am an ideas guy i will give you a concept, let you do all the work, and then pay you by sharing 10% of the profits"

Uh I can program but not an expert.

If it's an MMORPG forget it, it's not going to happen.

CS student so have plenty of time over summer for projects like this.

Would be interested and would do some for free. (some)

Can you be a little more specific about what requirements there are for the game?
Is it 2D or 3D? Does it require online multiplayer? Does it need AI with complex behavior? While a good programmer should be able to cover most if not all of the problems in making a game, certain people are better for some tasks, and it is impossible to know who is suitable without knowing the skill set required.
