That's near-pathological fragmentation. Let it defragment until it's done.

You can help it by turning off hibernation until it's finished defragmenting to give it more free space to play with.

anyways... there should be a printscreen key on your keyboard, you could use that and mspaint to take a photo of your screen. or you can print that photo in op, and then take a second picture of it with your phone on a wooden table, both are good options for future posts
