it can run for abit if im doing nothing but it gets to certain points when a character is doing something or i take damage and the game screen freezes up and the game is still playing in the background for about 5 seconds and then the game closes. ive tried with the lowest possible graphics and highest and in between with different settings on and off

Try to send the error log (if there is one) to the developers

Ive tried with all apps closed turned anti virus off aswell just never worked. im thinking maybe OS problem but ive got no idea what it could be. but thanks for the help

that looks like a memory error. check your ram sticks with memtest

Sometimes the Steam client messes up with the games, so try running the actual .exe file as admin, rather than running it through Steam.
