Japan is a very polite and caring culture that doesn't practice all-prevailing political correctness, their Imperial Court being the distinctive exception.

Moreover, they are IMO the uncrowned masters of satire. They genuinely love jokes of all kinds. They won't change their ways, ever. It shows everywhere, including manga and anime.

Christianity is well respected in Japan at all walks of life along with practically every man-made mainstream religion there is in the World.

You can't change them. No one can.
