It's the manga I read 20 years or so ago. I can't remember a thing except this one particular scene.

So there's a girl (I don't think she's the main character) whose mother is a single mom. She never knew her dad and her mom never tell her anything. Then one day some guy led her to the sperm bank (looks like fridge) and told her "this is you father" turn out she never have a dad to begin with and her mom just bought some frozen sperm to do an artificial insemination.

Well, if it was 20 years ago in English it would pretty much have to have been licensed. 10-15 years ago could've been scanlation.
