Broom is a cylinder head of should be easy draw out in illustrator then import into blender or you can just model it using small cylinders making it for the broom head.the wings are square and rectangle shaped.

Just use what your eyes. Only ever program I use is Maya and I don't even have a PC at the moment like I said basic shapes
