I have a Toshiba satellite using Windows 10, model: PSPMJU-00G005, I can't connect to the internet even though everything else works except for the laptop. In college so I'm using school wifi, so that's not the problem.
I've tried uninstalling the wifi driver, restarting several times, removing Norton firewall, selecting "high performance" from power options. I dunno what to do. I went to "command prompt" and did a "ping", and it said it received the data packets so it doesn't look like the wifi card is busted. Dunno what to do. Please help!

so you can use wifi at school but not at home? After connectin to home wifi, go to the network and sharing center on the control panel, click on your connection, click on properties, then double-click IP v4 protocol and see if you're using automatic Ip and dns server

looks like they blocked your mac address for your wifi. you must have done something they didn't like. fix? change the mac address.

No I straight up cannot connect to ANY networks. Not even non school signals show
make sure the wifi isn't disabled by some function utility on the laptop, like pic related

wont necessarily be f3, just FN + whatever key has the wifi logo on it, probably in blue

Yeah, mine is on F12 and you hold FN before pressing. Toggling that does nothing.
