I'm a bit of a retard myself and I'm too lazy to find out how its done.But if any of you has the time I would be very thankful if you let me know if this image is photoshopped or not.

The qality is so bad and artifacts so big that you cannot tell. Shadows are consistent, the head seems o not have been manipulated.
If the face was- how are we supposed to be able to tell if we cannot see it?
