open hardware monitor is one, aida64 is another, there is also hwinfo, i could go on and on
the reading in the bios hardware status "page" should be the most accurate though

nothing, your machine is fine, those numbers are wrong (the software is reading them wrong)
enter the bios and check the voltages there, youll see everything is fine
