The name is right there on the screen. ニンゲン観察, which can be romanized as "Ningen Kansatsu" and more or less means "Observing Humans", or "People Monitoring" or whatever.

There was a pretty good 6 hour prank special, IIRC in new year's, that pranked a number of huge geinin/tarentos/actors (Oriental Radio, Ogiyahagi, Sandwichman and TKO from the top of my head, but I think the whole point of the thing was that it was 100 pranks), but I don't remember the name and it looks like the channel that had uploaded it in parts to youtube got nuked. Which is a shame. Some of the pranks were evil as fuck. For example, they had a comedian's lovey-dovey wife give him divorce papers out of the blue. But yeah, can't find that shit.

But, just search "ドッキリ" in youtube, and you'll get japanese pranks (with no subs though). Looks like some shitty channel has been spamming retarded youtube personality pranks lately and you have to go a few pages in to get proper jap tv piracy though.

Also, don't depend on shitty subs. Just learn japanese. Spoken japanese is pretty easy.
