What are some anime with decent dubs?

I can only think of 3 where the english dub is preferable to the original japanese audio:
1 - Baccano
2 - Black Lagoon
3 - Ghost Stories

But if you mean, just decent, not too cringy ones, FLCL and Cowboy Bebop are good enough.

Attack on Titan has a decent dub. Erin is really the only bad one at times.

This one is a forgotten gem with a dub that's way better than you'd expect for the time it was produced. ALL the main characters sound pretty much the same as their Japanese VA's, but without the accent muddling up the character's American names. Perfect!

I prefer the Gurren Lagann dub for kamina and leeron.
I also thought the Lucky Star dub wasn't bad.

Evangelion was a mixed bag, sometimes it was laughably bad but other times it was pretty good.

Seconded Gurren Lagann, it's my favorite dub of any anime, I particularly prefer Kamina and Nia's english performances better than the Japanese ones. JP Kamina doesn't sound over the top enough and JP Nia sounds like she's doing a robot impression from what I recall. Other than that I really can't complain about either version's voice acting.

The first Armitage III has the best dub I've yet heard. Kiefer Sutherland and Elizabeth Berkley (shortly after sinking her career with Showgirls) and even has Bryan Cranston in a minor role.
