Some sort of deep house? I'd like to find more like it.

Also interested in how this editing of historical footage is called, Alternate history maybe?

Not sure what you'd call it but I think these two artists have a similar sound.

El Ten Eleven
RJD2
>>
No idea about genre but it reminds me of Clark and Free The Robots

that's kinda unique, don't try to label it. Some juno reactor songs sound really similar to that

max cooper is described on http://everynoise.com/engenremap.html as
>microhouse,minimal techno,tech house,deep melodic euro house,float house,deep euro house,minimal tech house

max coopers Wikipedia page describes his music as "Techno and Ambient music"

searching youtubn for "spacey house/techno" or "minimal ambient house/techno" pulls up a similar style but not quite the same type of beat/instruments. adding "lo fi" gets you closer.

its a tough song to pin man. but it is quite good. start up a pandora station and listen for similar enough songs and check out those artists and cross reference to make a general idea of the artists that do that kind of stuff.

hope i helped.

Did you have a specific song in mind? I looked through a few, but it doesn't quite hit the mark.

I like labeling because it makes it easier to find similar things. Juno Reactor might be a good call, thanks.

+1 (you)

You did, thanks! I'll look into that whole lo-fi and specey thing and check out pandora as well.
