These are really cool. At first glance I liked the one on the right more. Like the anon >>303790
here said, it caught my eye first with its colouration. I looked up both of these beetles and it seems that the right one is more rare. If it was me I'd choose that one.

Im right on board with you, but the insects are sourced from conservations where specimens are collected dead. I'm not a fan of killing animals to display them

Yes I found the Luna moth already dead so I took it and froze it for 3 months so the abdomen didn't shrink.
Then I posed it and mounted it.
The beetles I bought however and the other two months I caught myself.

Hard choice. If it is exactly this display, then the left one looks more balanced, the proportions and use of space is beautiful. But the right one is indeed more eye catching.

Honestly I've never liked bugs but these look really cool and asthetic.
