No app required, just right click on the entries and click download. If it's asking you to download an ap, there should be a "Nope, just download through my browser" option.

i did read his post. how did you get that address from what he posted? that's what i'm trying to find out, leaving aside the fact that i probably have all of the files in hardback format right here.
