Going through my recently downloaded series, and it's all girls
they all range from QGDQT, to ecchi, to just coincidentally girl heavy, but they're almost all shows about girls
While they're plenty good, I feel I need a bit of balance, what are some good shows featuring mostly boys? Know a few classics like cromartie or nichibros already

Anything that's sports-related or fujo-bait tends to have a lot of guys. Haikyuu is one of the best sports anime I've seen and the team is all guys (with a few token girls serving in minor roles).
One of my personal favorites that fits your description is Kaiji. On the few occasions where a girl shows up (rarely), even the girls look like guys.
