Reminds me of health goth, lots of black and big logos.

It was called health goth since it started with wearing big logo clothes made by Nike and Adidas. Not sure if that style has developed into some new style.

Actually a good point. I have spent some time both in Tokyo and Osaka (just a few months in total), and can confirm that Osaka teens and young people look a bit more rougher and badass.
