Been thinking of picking this show up. Is it any good? Dub or sub?

DBZ is okay. I suggest that you watch Dragonball before it, though. It introduces all of the characters, and, in my opinion, it is a much better show.

They have an uncommonly good dub, but subbed is also a good, safe choice. I have no tremendous preference for one over the other.

Yeah it's good if you like that shonen stuff. Just make sure you watch DBZ Kai though, cuts out all the filler shit.

Sub, and I hope you've seen Dragon Ball first. The manga is better in both cases though.

Destroys perfectly fine-looking cel animation with digital shit and crops the image. Garbage. Just watch DBZ and skip the filler yourself.
