Hello everyone !
I recently bought a new laptop and, since I was really curious about Linux (though I don't know much about it), I chose Linux Mint as my OS. The thing is, I realized that I would have been better off with Windows instead, it would be easier to use for a novice like me and I'm now planning on using this laptop for computer music with Cubase.
So I tried installing it with my Windows 10 bootable CD but it doesn't work, I just have access to the files but it is not installing by itself. I read that the file system wasn't made for Windows (NTFS if I remember correctly) and that I should use Gparted to modify it. I downloaded it but I don't seem to know what to do next.
What should I do ?

Well first you're going to have to buy or pirate Windows, because your PC didn't come with it, and won't have a product key in its BIOS.

I already did and burned the iso file on a CD but when I try reading it, I juste have access to the files inside the .iso and it doesn't install.

You need to actually boot off it; Windows Installer can only be run from Windows or the BIOS.

Already tried it but it directly goes to the desktop. I searched for a solution and someone says this :
"1-Go to bios set up. Press 'Del' repeatedly to start bios set up at boot time.
2-change boot sequence to DVD drive and then hardisk"
But how do I access to bios setup ?

I just understood now that the answer was in my post... My bad. In my defense, english isn't my first language !
