It's pretty clearly polygons and it's pixelated. It could be a render someone did but I think that would be weird in the context.

Seems to be some sort of a Jiang Shi enemy. I have no idea what game it is from, though. I think Blade and Soul had a few jiangshis at the start?

Here's a possible hint. The person who posted the image was korean so it could be from some korean game.
