Does anyone know what the name of this meme is? Reverse image

It's a mashup of Wojack (seen from the back in the final panel) and a comic strip that I can't seem to find right now. She starts off giggling in the first panel, laughing a bit more in the second panel, then the third panel shows them fucking and she's screaming happy.
