I know of a song or band that is so similar to the music around the 2 minute mark in the video you linked and its fucking killing me since I can't remember, I'll post it if I find it. Hopefully there's something here that you haven't heard of and is similar/close to what you wanted, if not then best of luck senpai.

This thread made me realize how much I love beats and percussion, and how fucking boring music without them sounds to me. Anyway:

Also, if you like ambient, get a list of essential Aphex Twin songs and try all of them. Or like, listen to SelectedAmbientWorks85-92. Everybody I know has at least one of his songs that absolutely clicked and became a favorite forever to them.
