Does it have some sort of recovery or bootloader mode you can access to transfer files from

I think when I messed up I was able to use ADB. Also, if the screen is still displaying but just not responding to touch, try connecting a USB mouse

Yikes. You're not playing with a full deck, are you?

GSM Arena says this phone has an internal microSD card slot; this is in addition to the SIM card that your phone uses to connect to the network. The microSD is for storage only.

See if you can find and remove the microSD, put it in either another phone or a microSD card reader (e.g. microSD to USB or a microSD to standard SD adaptor) and shove it in a computer.

Depending on how much the data is worth to you, there are ways to connect the phone over hdmi to a tv screen. I doubt it will work for an older phone though
