op, if you ruined, what appears to be, the antiglare coating on your screen there is no going back now.. the only proper fix is to remove the antiglare coating altogether, and that requires disassembly and peeling it off (there are plenty of videos demonstrating the procedure on youtube), but i wouldnt recommend doing it

and, what the hell did you use to "clean" the screen? acetone? baka

this happened when my mom used generous amounts of window cleaner on a monitor. it fades away for the most part after a couple of weeks.
