so i did this in word how do I undo it? It doesn't work with the normal undo buttong I need help fast. You can tell me in english

You could also just keep it.
The symbol is not printed, it is just an indicator for easier visibility of spacing in the original document.

You should instead go Insert-->Page_Break. Then if you write more on the page before, the stuff on the next page stays in the same place on the next page.
