OP here is winding you up, because he's picked the priciest CPU Intel make, paired it with a really expensive motherboard that Intel permits overclocking with, yet what graphics card does he pick? One that's so old it isn't even made any more, performs worse than a 1060, uses more power than a 1060, yet somehow costs more than a 1060.
No-one makes this kind of mistake by accident.
