Get a more pressing problem to occupy your mind. Maybe a drug addiction or listen to music really loudly until you develop tinnitus or go deaf, or stare at the sun.

You should let her know how you feel. I know it's really hard, but if she doesn't feel the same way about you, be honest with yourself if you can settle for being just friends. If you think you're still going to have feelings for her, you're best off if you stop talking to her. Don't ghost or be mean or anything, just keep it short and to the point. If you just keep hanging around with her, she's never going to change her mind, she wouldn't have any reason to, she already has what she wants out of the relationship, so there's no reason for her to give more. She won't realise what she missed out on until it's gone. It will hurt for a while, but it's almost impossible to get over someone if you're around them every day. Don't give in and talk to her, it will just make you look weak willed. Good luck
