It looks like your problem is how you wired the blue motor/pieces. If you just set it to act opposite the red ones it should work fine. (Aka, make 4 and 1 reference points and have 5&6 run opposite of them.)

no you idiot, the pole configuration doesn't control the direction it spins in. The direction is controlled digitally, swapping the poles would just burn out the microcontroller in the casing.
