I'm looking for a free video editor that gives me the option to blurr out faces, it's a 2 minute long video.
I know youtube has built in censor, but i don't really feel comfortable in giving google the responsiblity for my familys safety.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, since I'm not a very technological guy, thanks.
i use premiere pro cc. not free but makes tracking the faces easier.

Thank you friends, but i don't want tracking, the video is to low quality for that. I've tried Filmora, but the quality of my video is to low, i need to do it manually.
Maybe the solution is to have a black circle over the face, and then move the circle by each second that passes goes by, is there any software that lets me do this manually for free?
Have a Look at Hitfilm Express, it is the free version of Hitfilm Pro.

Ok, that seems good, but what if the person in the clip is jumping up and down, and not staying in the same place? Like i need to be able to move the censor second by second, or similarly?

Ok guys, i managed to download adobe after effects, but i have no clue how to use this program, first time using movie editor.
I have a movie where i squat, but i want to censor the face. I just want to add a black box or something over the face, so that you cant recognize it. How does layers and all this work?
See my screenshot, anyone know how?
