He walked into a room but found no doors.
In this room he sat until he could do no more.
He beat the walls till his fists were sore.
And so did he starve, and maggots and flies galore.
How did he enter a room with no doors?

I think its talking about a baby?
However I've thought about a scenario were a person is kidnapped placed in a basement. Top room has all the doors sealed off. Person wakes up walks into room that is sealed off and cant leave.

Seems to me that it's a dog/cat scavenging around, ending up being trapped in a dumpster, and starving to death.

Could be anything...
Maybe some explorer in some kind of temple. He entered in a small passage (Maybe to dodge some other trap) and ended inside a room with no other passage, but the one that he used was already sealed.
