What parts do I need to purchase to have a full-graffix Doom experience at 60(+?)fps constant
Are all my parts too old?

Looking pretty good, the only thing you really need to upgrade is your GPU. I would recommend either Nvidia 1060 or RX480 - you can get them for 250 USD or cheaper. I don't know what PSU you have, so you might want to check that and possibly buy a better one - these GPUs require 120W, your current one just 65W. If the money is not an issue, you might even consider Nvidia 1070, but I would recommend that only in case you have a big screen with G-SYNC, otherwise it would be quite an overkill.
CPU is looking okay, you might see some issues if you go full retard with performance settings though. I personally would settle with that rather than spending additional 600 bucks on a new CPU and motherboard. I can run DOOM in 2580 x 1440 on Ultra settings with 8GBs of RAM, GTX980 and 2nd gen i7 processor with nearly no FPS drops below 90.
You might also want to consider buying an additional larger SSD. 128 or even 256 GB drives are not that expensive anymore and you might see a remarkable boost if you store larger games on these.
Pic related is projected performance with GTX 1060. It should be good enough to hit your requirements without problems.

Very much appreciated. Thank you.

I reckon that 530W is enough for that rig. Im running a similar rig with a 500W with the htx 1060 so 530 should be pleanty

Oh, good, I didn't expect that. Thanks.

No problem, mate.
BTW, 530W will be enough. You can check optimal PSU output here:
