Buddy, Nyaa's mods aggressively purge anything dodgy that gets uploaded to their site. Not just malware, but anything even remotely suspicious is pruned within minutes usually. There's a near-zero chance you got a virus or malware from a torrent on nyaa or any other well-reputed torrent tracker like it.

The most common ways people get viruses are malicious ads and clicking through porn sites. Get noscript and either ublock origin or adblock edge. If you're using a good adblocker and scriptblocker while surfing porn sites and the like it's like having unprotected sex with every nasty hooker you come across in the worst part of town.

If you're not getting it from porn sites then it's probably malicious ads on whatever other sites you are browsing. Get noscript and a decent adblocker of your choice. Never disable your adblocker and start paying attention to scripts running on websites.
