Hi, looking for an anime, aircraft-themed, with planes like the Phabulous Phantom and the MiG-21. Maybe later planes, as well. But let's keep the planes in a historical/plausible fashion. Do you know anyone?

Area 88 is literally your only option. If you're willing to look into aircraft anime with futuristic planes, then there's Yamato, SDF Macross and Yukikaze. Believe me, I've tried looking, there is very little in this category.
