There's this song I remembered that I came across once and I'm trying to recall as it was a very 80's-esque tune.

I have few details I can recall to help, but if you can figure it out based on the details I give you please tell me!

So the only lyrics I can remember is in the chorus where it's like, "In the morning (something something), In the evening (something something)

I did some research on it awhile ago and apparently it was a cover or something from some asian movie?

Last, I can faintly remember the album (or single, can't remember) cover, it was a bright green but I can't remember exactly what what in the picture. Any tips would help. Thanks /r/.
