Is there any way to remove or disable when I turn on the PC all the adobe programs running in the background? I have like 5 o 6 programs from adobe that I never opened. I really appreciate the help. Thanks

depending on which windows version its either
>msconfig.exe
or
>taskmgr.exe
on the startup tab
you might also want to disable (or at least set then to manual start) the adobe services on
>services.msc

all of the above can be launched using windows+r

you can turn it off in ccleaner too
