Hello /wsr/ anons, I need help on what to do. My Amazon account has been locked because I haven't removed my old debit card ( Someone got my info and made purchases ectectect ), and I can't log in or make purchases. They're telling me to send a fax with my info. Should I send the fax, if so how? Or should I just call them directly and explain it's a mistake.
