The last two characters are upside down and are simplified Chinese while the first few are traditional. Looks like something a white girl would get tattooed lol.

If you look at how 勇 is written with a 田 instead of a 用, and how 彈/弾 have 3 dots on top, it is clearly Japanese Shinjitai and not Chinese.
