Can someone recommend me a gaming laptop that isn't more

I'm not a laptop guy, but according to a few sources, the Dell Inspiron Gaming 15 seems like a very solid choice. Around 800 bucks btw, no ugly gaymur shit either. Might be worth a look at the very least.

if what you want is a somewhat high performance laptop, eurocom has some pretty beefy stuff, like the sky series

Don't. Shoddy build quality. If you drop it, repair is expensive.
Just buy used thinkpad, play only old PS1 and GBA games.
