You could always blur the background and cut your face from the pic.

Post them on 4chan, it strips all such data from the image file so nobody can trace it. Then you can download the files back onto your hard drive without worry.

if you're really paranoid, simply upload them into ms paint, do your bidding, then save them as a different format, boom.

but if you want to "censor", dont just draw over the picture - you should completely cut and delete the section you want removed.
