Hey /wsr/ I'm looking for a British 2 part miniseries by the name of "Dandelion Dead" (1994)
I don't care if I have to pay for it or pirate it as long as I can stream or download it somehow.
Also I've tried several sites which requires me to have an American/British address and credit card. So I'd need a site which doesn't make that distinction.

Anyway, its on the private tracker TVCUK, they open frequently so keep your eye on that.
If you're impatient, Its also floating on Usenet (although you'll need an account with a long retention period).
If you wan't to go this way, here's a shitty explanation on how to get it 4 free ( i don't ever advocate paying for one of these services).
Go ngprovider.com/free-usenet-trials.php and select the eweka (i don't past a link directly to eweka because its a ref link, and that's spammy shit, but you need a ref link).
Create an account (it should let you create without a CC), select 1 week trail.
Install nzbget, learn how to use it and set it up with your account.
Go to usenet-crawler.com, create an account, search for Dandelion Dead, download the .nzb's and open the in nzbget to download.
If you can't find the downloaded file it saves to C:\ProgramData\nzbget or something I cant remember.
