Have you tried making it the default player and/or adding the file manually? Also, could be whatever format the songs are in is not compatible with your music player.

I'm using android I don't know how to add file manually. And all my music are either .mp3 or .m4a

I occasionally use the default music player for my Galaxy S4. What I noticed is that if you add new songs to the music folder, the player doesn't recognize the change until you remount the SD card. I had my music stored on the internal storage, so whenever I wanted to add new songs, I'd have to restart my phone for the mp3 player to update. I ended up circumventing this by installing a different mp3 player.

Not him but Poweramp is the best Android player. Well worth the money. Google play music is OK if you don't mind botnet and don't want to spend monwu
Thanks for all the help and /adv/.my stock music player still couldn't find my song but I just used foobar2000 and I could scan my file manually and foobar2000 could find my song.
