How the fuck do I install Wordpress?

Sounds like you're getting ripped off. You can host on dreamhost for 10 dollars a month and do whatever you want.

Possibly if you can keep doing posts that perform that well. I get around 6k views per day total and get around $10 from that. General rule of thumb is $1 per 1000 views.

Wordpress, but I self host on my own AWS EC2 instance behind Cloudflare. I have 2 adsense ads on the left side bar of all pages, and a third ad which is to my own product that I sell.

Per ad, though it will depend a lot on the ads etc but I think $1 per 1k is a good average.

I believe it is, at least for me it's per click not sure if you can select anything different, otherwise might have to look at other ad networks that are based on impressions.

Yeah adsense approval is taking wayyyyy too long. So I got approved by another platform which is purely paid on impressions only, not clicks. Just need to get them up and running and see how the pay

Facebook. That's how I started, and the website came second, I just drop links. I have a fairly strong following so when I post, depending on what it is I can get anywhere from 1,000 - 12,000
