I have old hard drives with that message.
My 'I' Drive is like 6 years old, still seems functional. However I wouldn't store anything there that is really important.

However since its your main drive you may want to get a new one if you start seeing more issues. Like my C5 and C6 readings, that's more of a red flag. Its an external drive I use for backups so its no big deal.

No.
SMART has only very little predictability. It just means that the warning value for reallocated sectors has been reached. We do not know anything else. The SMART standard just needs the manufacturer have some way of giving each property a byte value (255 max, 0min) and for some values a self chosen threshold value where when reached a warning is given.
We do not know what this 140 really means, we do not know how it was caclulated, we do not know how 140 as treshold was chosen, we do not know if there are any more reallocation sectors left, we do not know if the scale is linear... All those are secrets of the manufacturer.
You reallocation count means you got bad physical sectors on the platter, the firmware noticed them and replaced them with some of the spare ones that are on every disk for just this purpose. Now if a program tests the sectors when reaching the defective ones it gets the all clear data from the working replacement one back, so of COURSE testing programs showw all OK sectors, only the drive's firmware even knows about the real ones.
This is just a warning, make sure all your important data is backuped in case, that's all it wants to tell you. The drive can still work for years and judging from the number not being 0 yet there are also still reserve sectors left.
As soon as the number reaches 0 THEN that means no more reserve ones are left and from THEN on that would mean the next time a sector goes bad the data is lost as it cannot be rallocated anymore.

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
